Ingredients:

1 kg apples

2 glass sugar

2.5 glass water

Apples are selected, washed, cut into slices, shift into a saucepan and fill with water. Cook over low heat, covered about 20-30 minutes. Then apples throws in a colander, allow to drain water. In broth put sugar and cook over low heat until tender.
