"Closed" sandwiches with mushrooms in Italian
150 g rye bread
150 g red tomatoes
50 g champignons
50 g cheese
40 g butter

30 g sauce "Pesto"
Thin plastic slice mushrooms and tomato.
Slices of bread spread on each side with a thin layer of butter and place on heated pan and fry on both sides.
On slices of bread lay thin plastic cheese, then mushrooms and tomatoes, pour the sauce, put one piece to another, slightly press, cover the pan with a lid and leave to melt cheese sandwiches.
The "Closed" sandwiches with mushrooms in Italian must be reversed and again cover.
