Vegetable sandwiches
8 slices of black bread
2 thin plastic cheese
2 zucchini
1 bunch of watercress
1 eggplant
1 big tomato
2 tbsp. sweet mustard
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tsp. oregano
? tsp. sugar
vegetable oil
salt
Thinly slice the eggplant and zucchini into long, thinly slice the tomatoes, slices of cheese cut in half.
Put the slices of eggplant and zucchini on the grill, brushing both sides with oil, sprinkle with oregano, salt, bake for 10 minutes in very hot oven, turn over 1 time.
Combine the mustard, sugar and vinegar, stir.
On 4 slices of bread, put lettuce, put on a salad sliced tomato, eggplant, cheese, zucchini.
Smear mustard mixture of the remaining 4 slices of bread, cover them sandwiches.
Before serving, cut vegetable sandwiches diagonally.
