"Penkeyki" - American pancakes with cream

500 ml cream 10%

300 g wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show

3 eggs

6 tablespoons sugar

1/2 tsp soda

1 pinch cinnamon

1 pinch vanillin

1 pinch salt

maple syrup

Separate the egg whites from the yolks, beat whites with salt.

Mix the egg yolks with the sugar, cinnamon and vanilla, add soda, gradually knead all with cream and flour, whisking whisk.
