Ingredients:

  • Potatoes - 1.2 kg;
  • Dried mushrooms - 150 g;
  • Garlic - 3 cloves;
  • Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp;
  • Butter - 1 tbsp;
  • Dried herbs - 1 tbsp;
  • Dry oregano - 1 teaspoon;
  • Black pepper - a pinch;
  • Sea salt - 1 tsp.

Method of preparation

Mushrooms pour boiling water (1 liter), leave on for 20 minutes. Cleaned and well washed potatoes cut into slices the thickness of half a centimeter.

Heat in a large skillet 2 tbsp. and 1 tbsp butter oil, fry the chopped garlic until transparent. Pour the potatoes and cook for 5-7 minutes. Mushrooms drain, water save. Add the mushrooms with potatoes, a couple of minutes, pour in the broth and simmer for 10-12 minutes, covered.

In a mortar and grind spices, salt and remaining oil. Grease bottom of pan with half of the filling, then put the potatoes with mushrooms, top, pour over the remaining sauce and bake in a preheated 190�C oven for 15 minutes.
