Casserole of potatoes and mushrooms
5 potatoes
300 g mushrooms
1 garlic clove
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. bread crumbs
parsley
salt
Cut the garlic clove and grate them ovenproof dish, pour oil in it.
Potatoes cut into thin plastics, mushrooms finely chopped.
At the bottom of the pot put the potatoes on it - mushrooms, season with salt and drizzle with oil, put 1 layer of potatoes, again drizzle with oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Bake in the oven for 40-50 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
Serve, garnished with parsley.
