Potatoes "in Spanish"
4 potatoes
1 onions
1 sweet green pepper
1 garlic clove
1 Bay leaf
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. dry white wine
? tsp. ground paprika
black pepper
salt
Cut the potatoes into thin plastics, finely chopped onion, garlic and pepper.
Lubricate the form of oil, put in the potatoes, then the pepper, onion, salt and pepper each layer and sprinkle with parsley and garlic. Before the last layer of potatoes put a Bay leaf.
Sprinkle the potatoes with paprika, and drizzle with olive oil.
The wine is mixed with water and pour over the potatoes to the liquid filled in the form in half.
First, bake the potatoes on high heat so that the liquid is boiling, then simmer it on at 200 degrees for one hour.
