Potatoes Chateau
6-8 potatoes
2 tbsp. olive oil
butter

Potatoes wash, peel, cut off the edge, giving the tubers form of barrels.
Omit the potatoes in boiling water and boil for 5-7 minutes, remove from water, let dry.
Over medium heat, heat the pan with 2 tbsp olive oil and a little butter, put the potatoes on all sides and fry until Golden brown, remove from the pan.
Before serving potatoes Chateau pepper and salt.
