In general, any vegetables - it's completely my story. I like them fried, steamed, baked in the oven and even sometimes boiled. In addition, this option is insanely dietichen dinner! Thanks to him, you not only do not type, and even reset the weight.
Ingredients:
- 4 Pieces Potato
- 1 Pieces carrot
- 1 Pieces onion
- 1 Pieces eggplant
- 100 g green peas
- 100 g tomato juice
- 1/2 head cauliflower
- 2 cloves garlic
- a little vegetable oil

- pinch of sugar

Begin to fry the vegetables over medium heat.
Finely chop the garlic, carrots (I was very small) cut into smaller ones. Eggplant cut into cubes, put in a pan with the bay leaf. I love eggplant specific bitterness, so the vegetables are soaked and skins are not removed.
Then come to the pan cauliflower florets, green peas.
