250 g mayonnaise

250 g sour cream

2 eggs

8 Art. l. flour

3 Art. l. fried onions

1 h. l. slaked soda

Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, flour, baking soda and eggs, beat with a mixer until smooth.

Boneless chicken mince, connect with fried onion, pepper and salt and mix well.

Form for baking grease, pour half of the dough in it, put the stuffing, cover with remaining batter.

Bake the cake noodles "Speckled Hen" at a temperature of 180-190 degrees for 40-50 minutes.

Hot form to put on a wet c / b cloth, gently shift the cake noodles "Speckled Hen" on a platter, cut into pieces a la carte.
