Vegetable oil for frying

4 eggs divided into heated pan without damaging the yolk, the usual way to fry in vegetable oil until cooked on both sides.

Remove the eggs from the pan, allow to cool.

2 eggs connect with several spoonfuls of yogurt, flour, spices, salt and baking soda, stir well, lightly beaten.

Dipped in egg batter cooked on all sides, into the pan and fry the eggs "in a fur coat" on both sides until golden brown.
