Meat under a fur coat"
Cut meat,repel,salt and pepper,dip in beaten eggs,flour and again in eggs.Fry on both sides in vegetable oil.Put in a cauldron layers:meat,onion half rings,shredded carrots.In
the above grease with mayonnaise.Neatly on the wall, and add water(a little,somewhere Cup).Cover with a lid and simmer on a slow fire,without interfering.
