0,5 kg pork or beef
5 eggs
0,5 glass flour

2 tbsp. mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
The meat is cut into portions, repel, salt and pepper. Beat eggs, salt and pepper. Slices of meat dipped in egg, roll in flour again in egg and fry in vegetable oil. Fried folded into the pot layers: a layer of meat, layer of sliced onion half rings, a layer of grated carrots. On top pour the mayonnaise, add water and simmer until tender.
