Assorted meat aspic (2)
Required Products:
50 g low-fat ham
50 g boiled tongue
50 g boiled chicken
30 g meat fried or boiled
1/2 glass meat broth
1 Art. l. gelatin
sweet red pepper
1 pcs. boiled carrots
1 pcs. pickled cucumber
4 parsley or dill - sprigs
Gelatin in sixfold amount of cold boiled water. Cook the meat jelly, as in the recipe "Language filler."
Language, the flesh of poultry, meat and ham cut into thin slices.
In the form, pour meat jelly layer of 5 mm and refrigerate. On a layer of jelly Lay meat products. Arrange figured sliced carrots, cucumber, pepper, herbs. Again pour a thin layer of jelly and refrigerate. Pour the remaining jelly so that it was a layer of at least 5 mm, cool.
When submitting cut portions. Garnish with pickles, canned or fresh vegetables.
