Braised pork with pumpkin
600 g 400 - lean pork
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
2,5 glass Dasi
1/4 glass sugar
2 tbsp. vodka
400 g pumpkin
3 tbsp. shoyu
1 tbsp. dessert wines
Dice the pork and fry in a deep pan in oil until the meat acquires a brownish color. Drain the oil, add 2 cups Dasi and 1 tbsp. spoon of vodka and sugar. Cover tightly and simmer for 45 minutes to Clean the pumpkin, remove the seeds, cut into pieces, put in pot, add half a Cup of Dasi, remaining sugar, and vodka. After 5 min add this. Cook for another 10-15 minutes, until the pumpkin is soft, but not to let it seethe. Before serving, add a dessert wine and hold 1 min on high heat.
