Dessert "orange blossom"
900 g cottage cheese
2 eggs
2 orange
6 Art. l. wheat flour
6 Art. l. sour cream or heavy cream
3 Art. l. sugar
2 Art. l. powdered sugar
1 Art. l. butter

Delete float with oranges zest, juice squeeze.
Cottage cheese through a sieve, combine it with the flour, mashed with salt and sugar eggs, peel, all thoroughly.
Roll out the cottage cheese in a layer of half a centimeter thick, cut "flowers" special molds.
Cook "flowers" in a little salted water until they float. Remove the "flowers" out of the water with a slotted spoon, immediately fill with oil.
Preparation of sauce: Mix the sour cream or cream with powdered sugar and orange juice.
Before serving, put the dessert "orange blossom" on a platter with the sauce.
