Ravioli of apples
400 g wheat flour
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
4 eggs
4 apple
2 banana
1 lemon juice
60 g seedless raisins
ground cinnamon (to taste)
sugar (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
For the dough, mix the flour with the butter and a pinch of salt, rub the mixture into crumb.
Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Combine the egg yolks with the crumbs dough by tablespoon poured into water, kneading the dough elastic. Rolling the dough into a ball and kept it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Apples cut into cubes, add to them sliced bananas, raisins, cinnamon, sugar, sprinkled with lemon juice and all mix.
Roll out the dough into 2 thin layer. On one of them lay out the stuffing - 2 tsp at an interval of 6 cm. The dough between the filling grease protein.
