Ravioli with mushrooms in Lithuanian
500 g dumpling dough
400 g ceps
100 g salty bacon
1 onions
? h. l. marjoram
parsley root
ground black pepper
salt
Boil the mushrooms, skip them twice through a meat grinder, add bacon, parsley, oregano and roasted onions, pepper and salt and mix well.
Roll out the dough with a very in, cut out circles, fill them with stuffing, zaschipnut edge.
Boil the ravioli in salted water until tender.
Before serving, sprinkle ravioli with mushrooms in Lithuanian greens, apply cream sauce separately.
