140 g mushrooms (dried)

1 Art. l. butter
Which oil to choose? we'll show

1 pcs. onion

450 g ham

salt, pepper - to taste

1-2 pcs. egg (cool)

Boiled dried mushrooms, roasted and ground

in a frying pan in a spoonful of oil with onion and ham. Add salt, pepper, hard-boiled eggs, mix the stuffing. Further prepare the dough and dumplings on the standard recipe.
