200 g cheese
200 g feta cheese
150 g wheat flour
100 g sour cream 20%
100 ml cream 35%
4 eggs
3 sprigs of dill
With a mixer beat eggs, add cream, sour cream, crumbled feta cheese and whisk again to introduce gradually the sifted flour, knead well.
On a coarse grater grate hard cheese, rinsed and finely chopped dill, combine cheese and dill dough, stir.
To take the form of a rectangular cake pan, line it with parchment paper, pour the batter.
