1,5 tsp. salt
Dissolve flour in water, grind, removing all lumps, stirring, over moderate heat, bring to boil, boil until thick, let cool.
Beat butter with lemon juice, sugar, mustard and salt, continuing to whisk, gradually pour brewed flour, bring mixture to a uniform consistency.
