Stewed potatoes
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 onion
2 Bay leaves
9-10 potatoes
1 carrots
seasonings to taste
Potatoes peel and cut into 4 pieces. Then put in a container filled to 2/3 of its volume. There also add spices, salt, Bay leaf, and onion. Grate the carrots and add the vegetable oil. All together, simmer for 30 minutes
