Required Products:

400 g fish gutted without head

1 onions - head

4 Art. l. olive oil

1 Art. l. wheat flour

1 lemon juice



1/4 herbs thyme, dill and cilantro - on beam

1 pcs. bay leaves

1 garlic - clove

4 Carnation - bud

1 hot pepper - pod

white pepper, ginger powder, salt - to taste

Fish cut into large chunks. In onion paste carnation buds.

Boil 1.5 liters of water, salt, put the onion, herbs, spices, hot pepper, pour the olive oil and cook for 10 minutes, then place the fish and cook for another 10 minutes.

Remove the fish and greens, strain the broth. The flesh of fish separate from the bone. Dissolve the flour with a little water, pour in the broth, add the fish, boil for 5 minutes, then add the chopped garlic.
