Salad of mushrooms with rice
300 g marinated mushrooms
300 g green onions
150 g figure
100 g sour cream
50 g mayonnaise
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show
2 PCs egg
herbs salt
Boil the rice in salted water. Eggs boil, peel and finely chop the mushrooms into cubes. The prepared mix, add chopped green onion, salt, and fill with mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream. Finish the salad, you can decorate with greenery.
