2 thin slices of cheese Chevre (can substitute Camembert or Brie)

flour

1 egg

bread crumbs

olive oil

80 g spinach

150 g green beans

walnuts

For the filling:

red wine vinegar

olive oil

honey

Dijon mustard

salt

ground pepper
