Salad with a hot soft cheese
2 thin slices of cheese Chevre (can substitute Camembert or Brie)
flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
1 egg
bread crumbs
olive oil
80 g spinach
150 g green beans
walnuts
For the filling:
red wine vinegar
olive oil
honey
Dijon mustard
salt
ground pepper
In salt water, cook beans, drain and refrigerate sharply lowered into the cold water. Wash the baby spinach, connect it with beans and walnuts.
