Rice salad

Required Products:

250 g Figure dlinnozernovoy boiled (see. the recipe on the site)

200 g boiled beef tongue

10 g lettuce

2 pcs. oranges

1 garlic - clove

1 Art. l. vegetable oil

parsley

ground black pepper

salt

1 pcs. chicory root

Language cut into small cubes, and some - slices for decoration, add the rice, salt, pepper and stir.

Orange peel, slice (a few cloves leave for decoration) and mix with butter.

Garlic clean, chop and add to the orange mixture.

Connect the meat mixture and orange.

Chicory, clean, wash, cut into thin slices, add to the mixture and stir.

Before serving, place on lettuce leaves.

Arrange orange slices, sliced tongue and greens.
