Salad "Cheburashka"

60 g hard cheese

1 carrot

? sweet pepper

? apple

2 Art. l. yogurt

Grate the cheese and carrots on a coarse grater, to connect.

Apple cut into small pieces, chop peppers into strips, add to the salad and mix.

Season with salad "Cheburashka" yogurt, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
