Olivier "Chanterelle"
250 g beef
250 g fresh chanterelles
2-3 potato tuber
4-5 eggs
100 g canned beans
1 medium onion
7-8 olives
1 bunch of greens
60 g mayonnaise

Meat wash, boil in salted water, cool, cut into slices. Boil potatoes, cool, peel, cut into small cubes. Boil hard boiled eggs, cool, peel, chop. Onions clean, chop. Mushrooms wash, clean, cook in salted water. Then strain and refrigerate them. Cut into thin slices. Greens, rinse in cold water. Products mix, add the beans, pepper, salt, season with mayonnaise.
Ready salad garnish with fresh herbs and olives.
