Vegetable salad with brown rice
2 fresh mushroom
1 tomato
3-4 sprigs parsley
1/2 sweet pepper
1/4 head red onion
1/2 cup boiled brown rice
balsamic vinegar
olive oil
salt
Coarsely chop tomatoes, chop peppers into strips, plastic cut mushrooms, onions chop thin half-rings, disassemble parsley leaves on.
Combine all ingredients prepared with rice, salt the, season vegetable salad with brown rice, oil and vinegar to taste, stir and serve.
