Meatless rice salad with peppers, onions and vegetables
100 g rice
2 sweet pepper
1 pickled cucumber
1 tomato
1 carrot
1 onions
ground black pepper
vinegar
sugar
salt
Boil the rice until tender in salted water.
Clear carrots and onions, cut into small pieces with pepper, tomato and cucumber, mix with rice.
