Meatless salad "Far East"
300 g seaweed marinated / frozen
30 ml olive oil
1 carrot
1 sweet red pepper
1 cucumber
1 onions
1 h. l. mustard
sugar
6 vinegar%
ground black pepper
greens
salt
If frozen cabbage is taken, it should be boiled for 15 minutes, discard in a colander, rinse, pickle (1 kg of cabbage - 60 ml vinegar 6% 1st.l. sugar and 1 teaspoon of salt).
If you have already taken pickled cabbage, the above measures are needed.
Vegetables washed, cleaned, cut: onion - rings, cucumbers, sweet peppers and carrots - julienne.
For the filling mix the oil with mustard, salt, pepper and vinegar (to taste).
Connect all the prepared ingredients, pour salad dressing mix.
Before serving salad meatless "Far East" should brew at least 2 hours.
