Meatless cabbage-salad chernoslivovy
300 g fresh cabbage
200 g prunes
1 carrot
2 Art. l. olive oil
sugar
cumin
lemon juice
Finely chop the cabbage, pour over boiling water, put in a colander, then in a salad bowl, sprinkle with salt and sugar.
Carrots clean, rub on a coarse grater, add to the salad.
Finely chop the prunes, add to the salad and mix.
Add to meatless cabbage-salad chernoslivovy lemon juice, oil and cumin and mix.
