250 g carrots

250 g cabbage/Chinese cabbage

100 g prunes pitted

1 a handful of walnuts

Salty variant refills:



6 tbsp. sour cream/mayonnaise/vegetable oil
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show

2 garlic cloves

3 tsp. lemon juice

1/3 tsp. salt

Sweet variant refills:

5 tbsp. vegetable oil

3 tsp. sugar

3 tsp. lemon juice

Peel, grate the carrot on a medium grater, or cut into strips, chop julienne cabbage.

Wash, scald prunes with boiling water, cut into cubes, combine the prepared ingredients.

For a savoury version of the salad ingredients, add salt and pepper, add, passed through a garlic press and pour the butter/mayonnaise/sour cream.

If vegetable salad with carrots, cabbage and prunes cooked in a sweet version, add to ingredients sugar and drizzle with oil.
