Meatless rice with mushrooms and green onions
300 g fungi
1 bunch green onions
1 glass rice
3 Art. l. vegetable oil
ground black pepper
salt
In a pan pour 2 cups water, rinse and pour into the pan rice, include low heat, add salt and 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
The rest of the oil in a frying pan heat up, onions cut into small pieces and fry it for about 3 minutes, then add the sliced mushrooms, salt and pepper and fry for 5 minutes.
Cooked rice combine with mushrooms, stir, immediately file a lean rice with mushrooms and green onions.
