This New Year's salad is very unusual in that all the ingredients you need to cut large, and some do not cut, it turns out beautiful and delicious salad that perfectly decorate the Christmas table and will appeal to all.

Onion cut into rings and marinate it in water with sugar and vinegar, leave for 40 minutes.

Whole small mushrooms fried in butter until tender.
