900 g Potato

? glass mayonnaise

280 g 1 package frozen peas and carrots ()

2 hard-boiled eggs and coarsely chopped

3 Art. l. neatly sliced gherkins

2 Art. l. fresh dill, chopped (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste
