Salad "Olive Paradise"

200 g hard cheese

10 olives

6-7 quail eggs

1 fresh cucumber

1 sweet pepper

greens

Filling:

2 cloves garlic

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoons lemon juice

pepper, salt

For the sauce, mix the lemon juice and butter with crushed garlic, pepper and salt and mix well.

Cheese, cucumber and bell pepper cut into cubes.

Boil eggs, cut in half (if using chicken - 6-8 pieces).

Olives cut in half, chop the greens.

Combine all the ingredients in a salad bowl, add the filling, mix well.
