Salad "Luxury"

150 g mayonnaise

140 g caviar salmon

70 g salted salmon

1,5 glass steamed rice

4 boiled eggs

1 a bunch of parsley

? onions

This Christmas salad is great for anyone thanks to the wonderful taste and elegant design, it perfectly decorate the Christmas table.

Dice eggs, finely chopped parsley and onion, salmon cut into strips to combine everything with rice.

In mayonnaise, add a little cream, red pepper and lemon juice, stir.

Season sauce Christmas salad, stir.

Before serving Christmas buffet salad "Luxury" is laid out on a platter lined with lettuce leaves slide, top with red caviar.
