Salad pasta with sprats with eggs
For the recipe You will need:
300 g pasta
3 PCs egg
1 sprats - Bank
for the sauce:
1 tsp. mustard
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
the oil from the jar with sprats)
1/2 tbsp. vinegar
dill - to taste
Cook pasta, rinse with cold water. Boil hard-boiled eggs. Prepare the sauce and crumble down the chopped dill. Put the pasta on a plate, mix with pieces of sprat and garnish with quarters of eggs. Pour the sauce on top.
