Salad snapper and scallops
For the recipe You will need:
40 g scallop;
60 g perch;
1/2 lemon juice - lemon
for the sauce:
20 g tomato (flesh);
1 tbsp. olive oil;
1 tbsp. lemon juice;
1 tsp. soy sauce;
salt, pepper - to taste
Scallop and snapper cut into thin slices and marinated in lemon juice 1-2 minutes. Make a sauce of tomato pulp, olive oil, lemon juice and soy sauce with salt and pepper. Put bass and scallop fan. Pour sauce over and garnish with cherry tomatoes and algae tohsaka.
