Salad from fresh vegetables with orange juice
1 cucumber
2 tomato
50 g radish
50 spinach or leaf lettuce
2 head cabbage
20 g chopped green celery
1 C. L. chopped dill
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. orange juice
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
Cucumber, tomatoes, lettuce/spinach and coarsely chop the radish, stir.
Beat butter with soy sauce and orange juice, season salad.
Before serving, put the remaining lettuce.
