The fresh vegetable salad with currants
2 tomato
2 cucumber
50 g spinach
50 g green onions
100 g cheese
1 garlic clove
3 tbsp. red or black currant
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
? tsp. salt
parsley
Cut into small cubes of cheese, tomatoes and cucumbers. Finely chop the spinach and green onions. Combine the chopped ingredients with currants.
To prepare the sauce, mix the lemon juice with oil and salt, finely chopped garlic.
Before serving, season salad with sauce, arrange greens.
