The potato salad with onion and garlic
500 g potatoes
1/2 bulbs
garlic
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
water or broth
Boil the potatoes in their skins. Peeled cloves of garlic crushed in a mortar, diluted with broth or cold boiled water. Fry in vegetable oil finely chopped onion until lemon colored.
Cut the potatoes, add the onion, garlic, salt, mix carefully, vykladyvayus on a dish and sprinkle with dill.
