Garlic-potato bun
100-120 ml cream
30-50 g butter
8-10 twigs dill
4 tuber Boiled potatoes
2 cloves garlic
1 egg
8 tablespoons flour
1 tsp sugar
1/3 tsp soda
sour cream
pepper, salt
vegetable fat
For the dough mix mashed potatoes with grated on a fine grater garlic and chopped dill, add the remaining ingredients and stir until smooth.
Small portions spread the cooked mass into the pan with the hot oil with a spoon, stir fry for 2 minutes on each side, covering the pan with a lid, until crispy golden brown.
Served with garlic-potato with sour cream buns hot.
