Salad with beef and sardines "Tatar"

300 g roast beef

2-3 sardines (in oil)

2 yolk of egg

2 head onions

pepper, salt

Very finely chopped meat, onions and sardines chop and mix with meat.

Add raw egg yolks, well add salt and pepper salad - it is supposed to be tangy, if you wish to add to the salad small amount of oil from the sardines.

Served the salad with beef and sardines "Tatar" as snacks for hard liquor.
