Salad of roasted sardines with cucumbers
For this recipe you will need:
500 g Sardines
100 g cucumbers
2 Art. l. vegetable fat
4 h. l. Vinegar 4%
1 pcs. hot peppers
2 pcs. egg
1/2 pcs. lemon
1 pcs. bay leaves
thyme and pepper - to taste

Fresh fish peeled, cut along the spine and remove the bone. Fillet cooked sprinkle with salt and pepper, to join together, putting them between strips of cayenne pepper. Wet the fish in the egg, pour vegetable oil and vinegar, add the bay leaf, thyme, place in oven for 10 minutes. Prepare fish cool and put in a dish with cooked salad of fresh cucumbers. Ready to decorate salad slices of lemon and herbs.
