Salad with mushrooms and cheese

500 g mushrooms

100 g grated hard cheese

1 carrots

2 tbsp. olive oil

1 tsp. mayonnaise
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show

mustard

Grate the carrots, spassirovat it in butter.

Boil the mushrooms, a little sunflower, let them cool, cut, combine with cheese, add the carrots, mayonnaise mixed with mustard.

Arrange salad with mushrooms and cheese with parsley before serving.
