Salad with red caviar and fish "Master river"
200 g Salmon
150 g red caviar
100 g rice
5 boiled eggs
1 onion
mayonnaise
lettuce green
Boil the rice until crumbly state. Onion cut into half rings and scalded with boiling water, rinse with cold water. Finely chopped boiled eggs and fish. Combine the cooled rice, eggs, onion, fish, add mayonnaise and mix. Put lettuce in a salad bowl and put on top of one layer of caviar.
