Salad with red caviar, fish and shrimp
400 g white fish fillet of sea
400 g medium-sized shrimp
100 g red caviar
8 boiled quail eggs
2 sprigs dill
2 sprigs cilantro
2 cucumber
1 apple
1 scape celery
0.5 lemon
1 pickled cucumber
4 tablespoons natural yoghurt
Medium-sized chopped fish, cook in boiling water, seasoned with lemon juice and salt, for 2 minutes after boiling, take out and allow to cool. In the same water to boil shrimp, peel them. Clear boiled quail eggs, cut in half, remove the yolks, whites clean in cold. Medium-sized cube sliced apples, cucumbers, celery, pickled cucumber, crumbled egg yolks. In a salad bowl add up prepared foods, fill yogurt with chopped herbs and add to the salad, mix, pepper and salt, garnish with halves of the egg whites and caviar.
