Salad with red fish, vegetables and cheese
250 g cherry tomatoes
150 g salted trout/salmon
what kind of salmon to choose? we'll show
100 g grated cheese (preferably Parmesan)
1 head salad
3 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. wine/Apple cider vinegar
Finely pick the lettuce, cut into small fish, cut each tomato into halves or quarters.
Put the lettuce with red fish, vegetables and cheese layers: salad, fish, tomatoes.
For the filling mix the oil with the vinegar, whisking until smooth, pour over the salad, lightly stir, leave for 10-15 minutes, then sprinkle with grated cheese and serve.
